  • Who can apply?

    IGTM is all about quality connections bringing the right suppliers and buyers from the industry together to do business. Applicants who wish to attend IGTM as Buyers are pre-qualified before the show. Individuals who may qualify to attend IGTM as Buyers are as follows:

    Qualification criteria:

    • Those booking golf holidays for clients all around the world
    • Individuals wanting to secure business during and after the event
    • Buyers with direct purchasing and decision making responsibility
    • Tour operator product managers actively looking to source new golf products.
  • How to apply - the process

    Step 1. Register your interest

    Complete the interest form to attend as a Buyer. If you qualify for the Buyer Programme we will send you an application form to complete online.

    Step 2. Selection process

    If your application is successful you will be invited to attend IGTM 2019 and asked to select exhibitors with whom you wish to schedule appointments. You will be asked to rank your selections in order of preference.

    Step 3. Matching process

    The team will match the preferences to generate each diary. Matching is based on mutual requests between you and the exhibitor, and your preferences.

    Step 4. Self-Scheduled Appointments (SSA)

    Once the matching process is complete you will be given access to view your appointments in your online diary. You can use this tool to contact suppliers to arrange additional Self-Scheduled Appointments.

    Please note: Buyers MUST attend a minimum of 30 pre-scheduled appointments.
