Exhibitor Appointment Process

  • Step 1. Complete your online company profile by 23rd August

    Once you have returned your contract you will receive a link to your Exhibitor Portal via email. You use this Portal to build your online profile, which is used by the buyers when selecting companies they would like to meet with. Your profile is also featured in the onsite Event Guide.

    Step 2. Pre-Scheduled Appointments (PSA) open on 4th September

    You will be notified via email to select the buyers with whom you wish to schedule appointments. You will be asked to rank your selections in order of preference. At this point you will also be able to order your badges through the exhibitor portal.

    Step 3. Matching process takes place between 18th-22nd September

    PSAs close on 18th September and the three stages of the appointment matching process will commence: 1) Mutual requests are given priority and matched first, 2) followed by Buyer requests, 3) Exhibitor requests are then processed.

    Step 4. Self-Scheduled Appointments (SSA) open on 23rd September

    Once the matching process is complete, you will then be able to view your confirmed appointments in your Exhibitor Portal and are invited to use the Self-Scheduled Appointment process. Once the Self-Scheduled Appointment process is complete, you will be able to view your full appointment diary in the Exhibitor Portal.

    Step 5. Your Diary

    Your diary will consist of several appointments across the three days, comprised of both Pre-Scheduled Appointments and additional Self-Scheduled Appointments. Your Appointment Diary will be available within your Exhibitor Portal.
