Completing your exhibitor profile

Our Exhibitor Portal has had a brand refresh! The new layout is a slick What You See Is What You Get design, meaning the editable sections resemble the published version. Once published, your profile will appear in the online Exhibitor Directory alongside your fellow brands, ready for the appointment selection process.

DEADLINE: 1 September 2023

N.B. profiles amended/completed after the deadline run the risk of incorrect details on exhibitor listings (incl. during appointment selections) and onsite fascia/name boards.

In preparation for the appointment preferences, you should complete the following steps at a minimum:


Upon login, make sure the correct event edition is listed and that you can:
  • Edit Profile Page: Steps 1 - 6
  • Add Sharers: Step 7 (if applicable)


This will appear in the directory, on your profile and in our app:
  • Format: jpg or png
  • File size: max. 1MB
  • Recommended: 180x180px


First things first, check your company name. This will be used everywhere: in the directory, in the app, on the floorplan, on onsite signage... everywhere!

Then describe your brand in under 600 characters. Be creative with your company description to stand out from the crowd, make it memorable. 


Make sure your basic company details are accurate and accessible:
  • Website: remember to include HTTP or HTTPS
  • Email: make sure the email address is valid
  • Phone: include your country dial-in code


Select items that best represent your company and business goals to help the right buyers find you in the directory and select you during matchmaking.

Read each title carefully to make sure you separate filters about your products (what you offer) and your regions (and where).


Please register your IGTM Diary Holder in this section, please ensure you add them with the login role Diary Manager.

Please review the person listed as your Primary Administrator under the administrator tab. Each administrator will be sent an email with their login information.


If applicable, please register your co-exhibitors under the Sharers tab. You will need the company name, company address, representative name and email for each of your sharers.

N.B. all information/assets uploaded in steps 2 through 5 will be visible on your Exhibitor Profile. Administrator details will remain confidential.

Update your profile

Now head back to the Exhibitor Portal using the button below to update your company profile and team administrators.

If you are exhibiting at multiple RX events, please make sure you are editing the correct RX event and that your profile's information applies to all the events you are attending. To make things easier for you, your exhibitor profiles are linked meaning key fields are automatically cloned, such as your company name, description, logo and social handles.
