Complimentary Transfers for IGTM Attendees

All IGTM buyers, media, and exhibitors are invited to use our complimentary airport shuttle service between Terminal 1 at LIS Airport and the Host Hotels.

Our shuttle service will operate on Sunday, October 13, and Monday, October 14, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Shuttles will depart every 30 minutes from Terminal 1 (International Arrivals) to the following Host Hotels:

• Eurostars Universal Lisboa
• Ikonik Lisboa
• Martinhal Lisbon Oriente
• Melia Lisboa Oriente Hotel
• Moxy Lisboa Oriente
• Olissippo Oriente
• Tivoli Oriente Hotel
• VIP Executive Arts Hotel

Our transportation team will be at the arrivals area (after customs) to assist and guide you to the shuttle.

For attendees staying at other hotels, please consult our staff for alternative transportation options.

On Friday, October 18, shuttles will run from the Host Hotels to Terminal 1 every 30 minutes between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Please be aware that the final shuttle at 1:00 PM may experience higher demand.

Buses will depart from the official IGTM hotels around 7:45 AM, ensuring arrival at the golf courses by 8:30 AM. Return buses will leave the courses at approximately 4:30 PM, with an expected arrival back at the hotels around 5:30 PM. More specific details will be provided in your upcoming golf course confirmation email.

Transfers to the Welcome Reception at Estufa Fria will depart from official hotels at 6:45 PM, arriving at the venue around 7:30 PM. The event concludes at 10:30 PM, with return shuttles available starting at 10:00 PM. The last bus departs at 11:00 PM.

Transfers to the Farewell Reception at Tejo Hall, MEO Arena, will depart from the official hotels at 6:30 PM, arriving around 7:00 PM. The event will end at midnight, with the first return shuttle leaving at 10:00 PM and the final one at 1:00 AM.
