Option 1. Pavilion package

Our pavilion package provides the perfect set-up of furniture, carpet, dividing walls and power, complete with your companies branding.

Option 2. We can build your stand for you with SmartSpace

We have developed a bespoke stand build service, SmartSpace, to offer you competitive rates and a fully integrated experience.

Option 3. Space only

Only the floor space is provided and you are responsible for the design and construction of your stand, using contractors of your own choice. You will need to submit your build plans to us for approval to ensure they conform with venue regulations.

Step Two

Update your profile in the Exhibitor Portal

Once you stand option has been confirmed you can add your information and marketing materials to the Exhibitor Directory. This the first tool buyers use to research their potential meeting prospects.

Completing your profile in the Exhibitor Portal enables you to promote your business and products prior to the show. The more information you add, the more visible you’ll be.

So make sure you've uploaded as much information as possible to increase your chances of getting matched to your preferred buyers ahead of the event.

Select the buyers you would like to meet

It’s simple; provide the key search criteria of buyers you would like to meet with, and we will connect you via our leading matchmaking software. Your matched and confirmed appointments will then be emailed to you and will appear in the exhibitor zone.
