Get started with your Exhibitor Profile
Buyers will be utilising the Exhibitor Directory, as they decide who they would like to meet at the exhibition. This is your chance to get their attention.
To make sure you stand out before the all important selection process, update your profile with a clear and concise company description, your website and logo. You can also showcase your expertise by adding products, videos, social media channels and press releases.
As well as the website, your profile will be listed on the official IGTM app, preview, route planner and event catalogue.

Personalised banners and invitations
To help promote your place at IGTM 2020, we can add digital banners to the IGTM website and buyer zone, where all buyers must visit regularly in advance of the event. You can also create a full HTML email to send directly to prospective buyers, encouraging them to select your company during the PSA process.
We can build your stand
To offer you a unique and cost effective stand design and build option without the hassle of expensive stand designers and builders, we used our expertise to develop SmartSpace.
You can choose fully customised bespoke or modular system stands, which can be altered to your preferences and are tailor-made to meet your needs. Here is a little more about your options.
A completely unique design concept, designed specifically to your requirements. Once you have decided on an idea for your stand, you will send your brief to the SmartSpace team who will design a stand concept. Alternatively, feel free to show the team an existing stand design you would like replicate (take a look through our photo gallery below for inspiration)!
A tailored, cost effective and flexible modular solution. Start the design process by choosing one or two open sides, your stand size and one of the three main designs (ONS, SUR and PIC). The System Stands can be tailored specifically to your requirements using a range of standard components that fit together to ensure it stands out from your competitors.
